By using the website, and/or placing an order with us, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The relationship between you, the customer and Ideal Greeting Cards.com will be governed exclusively by English law in all respects. It shall be deemed to have been made in England, and any matters arising will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Regarding this, Ideal Greeting Cards.com reserves the right not to process and despatch any order. Should an order not be completed, we will refund monies paid by you to us at Ideal Greeting Cards.com as soon as is practical.

When you Register with Ideal Greeting Cards.com, you are giving consent for the use of data by Ideal Greeting Cards.com. We ask for this data to ensure that we can process your order. However, we will only use this data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Recipient Information
When placing an order to be sent directly to your recipient, we will require 'Personal Information' along with name and address details of your recipients.

Member Information
We will capture information with regard to previous and future orders and your reminders. However, we will not forward any 'Personal', 'Recipient' or 'Member' information to any third party.

Not withstanding any other provision within these Terms and Conditions, Ideal Greeting Cards.com has the right to communicate with any law enforcement authority should unlawful activity allegations be made.

All copyright material, site design, logos, graphics, links, documents, devices and codes within this website or linked to it, and the set up and selection are owned by Ideal Greeting Cards.com, our suppliers or distributors, or the publishers of any site to which we have links. All rights are reserved.

You have our permission to print in hard copy parts of the website, but only in the instance of placing an order with Ideal Greeting Cards.com.

Using all other materials on this website, modifying any parts, photocopying or distributing for any purpose other than that listed above is strictly prohibited.

ORDERING FROM THE WEBSITE

You have the total responsibility when ordering to ensure that all information required to process and despatch the order is supplied, and that you check this information to ensure that it is correct.

Any payment received at Ideal Greeting Cards.com is for the supply of cards, our associated gifts and in relevant cases Postage and Packaging costs.

We will notify you of your order being received at Ideal Greeting Cards.com by sending a confirmation e-mail. However, we reserve the right not to accept an order even after this e-mail is sent.

All product prices will be stated on the website before you confirm your order. Prices will include VAT (Value Added Tax).

We reserve the right to increase or change our price listings at any time.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

All orders received before 2pm, except on Weekends and Bank Holidays will be despatched the same day. You should allow at least 3 working days for delivery, 7 working days for European deliveries & 14 days for International deliveries.

Should we fail to deliver products in the event of circumstances beyond our control, for example, Strikes, Natural Disaster, Terrorism fire and supplier or distribution partner failure we will not be responsible for this.

Should such delays occur, obligations under these Terms and Conditions will only resume at such a time that the delay has ended.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

We offer a 30 day, no hassle, no questions asked money back guarantee. Therefore, we shall return your money for whatever reason as soon as is practical. However, you must return products to us, unused, within 30 days of delivery. We will refund monies in the form of a cheque within 21 days of receiving goods back.

Should you have reason to complain you can contact us by going to our 'Contact Us' page on the website.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (working days only) and try our best to resolve the problem within 7 working days.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.

INDEMNITIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You will keep Ideal Greeting Cards.com fully indemnified against any actions, proceedings. Claims, costs and damages (Including any damages or compensation paid by Ideal Greeting Cards.com as an outcome of legal advice given to settle any claim) and any other legal costs or other expenses and losses including (but not limited to) loss of profit arising from any breach or alleged breach in any of the Terms and Conditions set out, or out of any claim by a third party based on facts that would constitute a breach.

We cannot accept liability for the following:-

    - offence caused by any of our products on the website or any linked sites, to you or your
      recipients.
    - any loss as a result of your failure to ensure that your password is kept secure, failure to
      Log Out, or failure to Log In as required.
    - Reminding you of a date which causes unintentional distress to you or any third party.
    - Unlikely failure to remind you of an important date or occasion as requested through our
      Calendar Service.
    - The availability, accuracy or content of and information within our website.
    - To the fullest extent permitted by law any loss or damage of any type arising out of use of,
      or connection with the website.
